Nadège Dauvergne French, b. 1973

Biography
Nadège Dauvergne has been painting in public spaces for ten years. After graduating from a graphic arts school and the Beaux-Arts de Reims in 1993, she has always had a passion for drawing. This led her to take a course in scientific drawing at the Museum d'Histoire Naturelle (Natural History Museum). She then went on to teach painting and drawing in associations, while developing her studio work. She has now been exhibiting regularly for a dozen years, and is invited by local authorities and festivals to create frescoes. Nadège Dauvergne now masters a wide range of techniques, from oil paint to spray cans and markers. But her choice has definitely crystallized around the technique of optical blending. Combining rigorous drawing and chromatic knowledge, each work created is a veritable feat. From afar, a vibrant, luminous color can be seen, and as you get closer to the detail, the palette divides to reveal each color that makes it up. Her work is part of the history of the image. Nadège Dauvergne's Exodus series focuses on nature and animal species, and led to an exhibition at the Musée de la Chasse et de la Nature in 2022. She is also developing a long-term series on landscape with her Ciels! series, while a third series takes the prism of art history.
Nadège Dauvergne lives and works in the Oise region of France, and the Tout va bien exhibition marks her very first collaboration with CHENUS LONGHI.
