Doze Green: New Works
As one of the founders of ‘Rock Steady Crew’, the famous dance crew, Doze Green is a real legend of the hip-hop movement and collaborated with the most talented artists from the 80s.
As part of the series of exhibitions devoted to Graffuturism in spring 2013, Galerie Chenus Longhi invites Doze Green to exhibit for the very first time in France. As one of the founders of ‘Rock Steady Crew’, the famous dance crew, Doze Green is a real legend of the hip-hop movement and collaborated with the most talented artists from the 80s. The reputation of his pictorial work is also unquestionable. Represented by the Jonathan LeVine Gallery in New York and the Lazarides Gallery in London, he is regularly invited to exhibit all over the world.
This exhibition was featured in a documentary dedicated to the artist in the famous Arte program, Tracks, and also marks the beginning of a historic collaboration between the gallery and the artist.
