Augustine Kofie was present at the gallery on November, 3, to sign his brand new book recently released in the US by American publisher ZeroPlus Publishing. "Printed Matter" is all about his series of works on wood panels.
We love this series more intimate which is composed with collage, screenprint, engraving, spray paint and acrylic. We can observe in here the passion of the artist for the vintage period of the 60s through his choices of collages and illustrations. And collectors love above all the hand-frames made by the artist withadvertising vintage rulers. This little detail is just the cherry on the cake.
